Prof. Zhen Liu
National University of Defense Technology, China
Prof. Zhen Liu received his Ph. D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering at National University of Defense Technology in 2013. He works as a professor at the College of Electronic Science and Technology. He has been a director or a member of more than 20 national grants and projects. He published 2 books and more than 60 papers indexed by SCI/Ei. He received a First Prize of Military Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2018, and a Second Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2019. He was awarded the Excellent Young Scientists Fund on his project titled 'Intelligent Countermeasure for Radar Target Recognition' in September 2020. His research interests include radar signal processing, radar electronic countermeasure, compressed sensing, and machine learning.
Prof. Mohamad Sawan

Mohamad Sawan is Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Engineering, IEEE Fellow, an internationally renowned scientist in the field of intelligent biomedical devices, and made in the field of implantable and wearable smart medical devices based on intelligent microsystem technology a major contribution. Prof. Sawan received his Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke in Canada in 1990. He was a postdoctoral researcher in biomedical engineering at McGill University in Canada in 1991. He was an assistant professor, associate professor and professor at the University of Montreal, Canada. He is the editor-in-chief of the internationally renowned journal IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems. He joined West Lake University as a professor at the School of Engineering and Cutting-Edge Net of Biomedical Research and Innovation (CENBRAIN) in 2018. His research interests include smart medical devices involve multiple disciplines such as microelectronic integrated circuits, wireless communication, signal processing, microfluidics, micro/nanophotonics, micromachining, and microsystem integration. Intelligent micro-systems are used in the medical field including in vitro diagnostics(IVD), disease prediction, and human function recovery. Professor Sawan pays special attention to the diagnosis, prediction and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and various diseases related to the brain, and is involved in emerging fields such as brain-computer interface and artificial intelligence.
Prof. Xizheng Ke

Prof. Xizheng Ke is head of information and communication system discipline of Xi'an University of Technology, deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Cooperative Network Military-civilian Joint Construction, Famous Teaching Teacher of Shaanxi Province, fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics, director of Chinese Optical Engineering Society, Standing Director of Shaanxi Optical Society. He received his bachelor's degree at Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1983 and his Ph. D. degree at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996. He did a post-doctoral research at Xidian University and the Second Artillery Engineering Institute from 1997 to 2002. He is an editorial board member of Journal of Electronics, Infrared and Laser Engineering, Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instruments, Laser Technology, Applied Optics, Journal of Xi'an University of Technology, Journal of Time and Frequency, National Science and Technology Awards, Review Expert of Journal of Atmospheric Science Research, Member of Subject Review Group of Shaanxi Provincial Academic Degrees Committee. He won Outstanding Young Scholar Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000, and he was awarded Excellent Science and Technology Commissioner of Guangdong Province of the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2009. Furthermore, he won the title of Leader of Green Yang Jinfeng in Yangzhou City in 2015, the China Industry-University-Research Innovation Award in 2018, the second prize of China Industry-University-Research Innovation Achievement in 2019 and the title of Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker of Chinese Institute of Electronics in 2020. Since 2001, he has won 16 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards including 1 first-class prize and 5 second-class prizes. He obtained more than 20 national authorized invention patents, published 9 monographs in Science Press, and more than 400 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals with citation H-index 26 and G-index 42. Till now, more than 30 doctoral students have been cultivated under his direction.
Prof. Kejie Huang

Prof. Kejie Huang has been a Tenure-Track Professor at the College of Information Science Electronic Engineering of Zhejiang University (ZJU) since 2016. Prior to joining ZJU, he has spent five years at the IC design industry, including Samsung and Xilinx, two years at the Data Storage Institute, Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), and another three years at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore. He authored or coauthored more than 40 scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He holds four granted international patents, and more than 10 pending ones. His research interests include circuits and architecture design for in-memory computing, CMOS image sensor computing, image/video compression and generation, and deep learning accelerator design. He undertakes five 10-million-level projects and one Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is a senior IEEE member and serves as the Associate Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS ANDSYSTEMS-PART II: Express Briefs.
